Order Processing Time

Order processing time is between 1 to 2 weeks. Please contact us at northstargia@gmail.com for any questions or concerns! Once your order is packaged, you will receive a tracking number which will indicate accurate time-stamps. 

 

Shipping Rates

Domestic (United States) 

Free for purchases over $65 or $6.00

Duration: 3 to 7 days after shipment (estimate and not a guarantee)

 

International 

Free for purchases over $65 or $10.00

Duration: 9 to 42 days after shipment (estimate and not a guarantee)

 

Taxes and Duties

For customers within the EU:
Orders under €150 will have VAT automatically calculated and collected at checkout through the IOSS system.

For all customers outside the EU — or EU customers placing orders over €150:
You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes (e.g., GST), and customs fees based on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate any additional costs that may apply to your order.

North Stargia is not liable for any actions, fees, taxes, or delays incurred due to customs processes.

Returned Items due to wrong address/unclaimed package

We are more than happy to do a re-shipment of any items that have been returned due to an error on its address or if the package was unclaimed for any reason. Please note that shipping rates above will be charged for the re-shipment. Refunds are eligible for returned items, however, shipping cost of above will not be refunded.

Disclaimer

Items ordered will be shipped one to two weeks after sales begin. Please keep in mind that North Stargia is ran by one person, thus shipping and packing will take time. Pre-order items will have projected dates for its final shipment; please check the item page specifically to find this projected date. 

Please order pre-order items separately from in-stock items if you would like to receive the said in-stock items prior to the pre-order. Otherwise, your whole entire order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item is ready!
