Returns & Exchanges

We have a 7-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Return/exchanges are only available to domestic addresses and we are based in the U.S! 

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be Grade A jewelry, in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. When sending out the jewelry received, we ask for you to package the items in bubble wrap mailers. Any jewelry damaged due to transit due to poor packaging will null and void any return/exchange arrangements made. No exceptions. 

Due to running the risk of the jewelry decreasing in its grades during the return process, we do not accept return or exchanges of Grade B jewelry.

To start a return, you can contact us at northstargia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of Orders

Notify us via email at northstargia@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time you order to make a cancellation. We cannot cancel orders that are already shipped/in transit.

Cancellation of pre-orders are permitted as long as the items are still undergoing production. Please notify us with your cancelation via northstargia@gmail.com.  Please check this page for updated dates on deadlines for cancellation of pre-order items. 

Damages or other issues

Notify us via email at northstargia@gmail.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package if an item arrives damaged or if you have received a wrong item. 

 If you ordered a Grade B jewelry and it is not wearable, please email us--such thing should not be occurring and we will get your issue resolved as soon as we can. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items, grade B jewelry, or gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refund to your bank account or your means of original purchase may take some time. Please be aware that shipping amount paid during your original purchase will not be refunded.

Refunds for Grade A and Grade B jewelry are done in case by case basis hence please don't be afraid to email us! We are here to help you :)
