Hello beautiful people! My name is Ciya, the owner of North Stargia. North Stargia was born in hopes to create jewelry inspired by artists and memories that have helped you navigate life's tumultuous waters. When are you restocking your sold-out items?

Restock of sold-out items are not standardized yet, but we are working to restock items once every two months! For any updates on specific days, please check out our social media pages!

How long does it take for you to ship the items?

Packing of in-stock items and shipping the order can take anywhere between one to two weeks. If you do not see your order being updated within two weeks, please reach out to me to get it resolved! (This is for in-stock items)

Do you do anything else outside of your jewelry business?

Yes! I'm currently a senior in college, double majoring in Kinesiology and Music Performance (violin). I'm currently prepping to apply for graduate programs along with assisting with faculty research projects. I still haven't gotten the hang of balancing school and business, but I'm working on it <3

Are you planning on expanding your subject area outside of BTS?

Most definitely! Once I am finished creating the collections for each BTS members, I plan to expand my subject area to perhaps Ghibli or do something more memory/nostalgia-based themes!

Any spoilers on future jewelry?

Let's just say that there will be an earring, ring, and necklace collection for all BTS members! They each will have a different colored stone, Korean letterings, and member-specific homage <3

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is between 1 to 2 weeks. Please contact us at northstargia@gmail.com for any questions or concerns! Once your order is packaged, you will receive a tracking number which will indicate accurate time-stamps.

Domestic (United States) 

Free for purchases over $65 or $6.00

Duration: 3 to 7 days after shipment (estimate and not a guarantee)

 

International 

Free for purchases over $65 or $10.00

Duration: 9 to 42 days after shipment (estimate and not a guarantee)

 

Taxes and Duties

For customers within the EU:
Orders under €150 will have VAT automatically calculated and collected at checkout through the IOSS system.

For all customers outside the EU — or EU customers placing orders over €150:
You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes (e.g., GST), and customs fees based on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate any additional costs that may apply to your order.

Returned Items due to wrong address/unclaimed package

We are more than happy to do a re-shipment of any items that have been returned due to an error on its address or if the package was unclaimed for any reason. Please note that shipping rates above will be charged for the re-shipment. Refunds are eligible for returned items, however, shipping cost of above will not be refunded.

Disclaimer

Items ordered will be shipped one to two weeks after sales begin. Please keep in mind that North Stargia is ran by one person, thus shipping and packing will take time. Pre-order items will have projected dates for its final shipment; please check the item page specifically to find this projected date. 

Please order pre-order items separately from in-stock items if you would like to receive the said in-stock items prior to the pre-order. Otherwise, your whole entire order will not be shipped out until the pre-order item is ready!
